Refunds

  • If your return is not approved (e.g., item is damaged or missing parts), we will notify you and you may have the option to have the item returned to you at your expense.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
